The Baltimore community was in need of a new strategy to deepen the connection between its residents, so Noisy Tenants partnered with the students at CollegeBound Foundation to dedicate a 40-foot mural to the Northwood Baseball League (NBL). For over 60 years, the NBL has served the youth of the community through recreational baseball and softball, so the team conceptualized a work of art that articulated their generational commitment. The mural features 9-year-old Tristan as the muse, a fourth generation baseball player for the NBL, representing a great example of the impact NBL has had on Baltimore. Development required six months of building meaningful connections, planning, and execution.

As part of Noisy Tenants’ initiative, the duo also brought in Under Armour’s social impact team to help complete the project. The hope is that when people see it, they trust that anything is possible and that big dreams deserve to be pursued.
